We'd love to meet Mr. Obama aboard the USS Sequoia...if even for just a few min, or at any other location possible. We are OPEN and we are FLEXIBLE. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran....others have "scars" as well. Last Oct., a group of us finally converged in Boston to bury Frank Sullivan, KIA'ed on 12-31-'68, near where I was at the time. It was 40 years "after the fact". It was the most emotional period of my Life! This Fall is "Phase II" and the final trip for most of us. I have a terminal lung condition. There are maybe a million able body Haitians that were not affected by the earthquake and we can pay them with supplies or money or both to go where others have not yet gone into the heart of suffering and death. They could carry back packs full of water, high energy food bars just enough to buy some time for them.
