Hello Jen: I don't know who to contact...I'll start with you. I'm trying to set up a brief meeting with President Obama, for Veterans Day Weekend (2010)....I represent a group or 20 Vietnam Veterans...we will be in WDC that weekend, to finally see THE WALL. We'd love to meet Mr. Obama aboard the USS Sequoia...if even for just a few min, or at any other location possible. We are OPEN and we are FLEXIBLE.

I'm a 100% disabled Veteran....others have "scars" as well. Last Oct., a group of us finally converged in Boston to bury Frank Sullivan, KIA'ed on 12-31-'68, near where I was at the time. It was 40 years "after the fact". It was the most emotional period of my Life! This Fall is "Phase II" and the final trip for most of us. I have a terminal lung condition.

Please assist us in making this dream come true. We are Old....we Served....we never complained. We ask for just a few min. of the Presidents time.

God Bless you & Laus Deo.

Sgt. Carl Lundgren, US Army & Michigan State Police (ret.)

WATCH WHERE THE MONEY GOES
The USA gives money to many countries
When the amount is over one million dollars, we should send a USA GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE along with
the money to see that the money goes as directed.
The government employee would have full control of the money disbursment.
A portion of the money would be assigned for startup.
On receipt of proof of proper usage, more money would be allocated. If not acceptable, The grant
would be canceled and the employee promoted.
The government employee salary and assistance costs would come out of the grant money
and not be an additional cost.
Using government employees ONLY provides overall control of the managing costs.
The employee need not be a CPA but be able to balance a checkbook.
Please make sure that the taxpayers are getting what they are paying for.

It appears that Haiti has received much money over the past week.A thought came to me how we can help Haitian people trapped. There are maybe a million able body Haitians that were not affected by the earthquake and we can pay them with supplies or money or both to go where others have not yet gone into the heart of suffering and death. They could carry back packs full of water, high energy food bars just enough to buy some time for them.

Lee- Thank you for pointing out the eworld to us! This was a stark difference in the campaign 2008. Those who know the computer and use paperless billing and direct deposit are all set for our upcoming cashless society. European countries report an 87% decrease on sidewalk muggings, because no one has a pound or even a pence in their pocket anymore. Wow!! I can't WAIT! I like doing my taxes online now.. get my money back in 7to10 days instead of 7to10 weeks...a no brainer there!
Thanks again Lee for your outstanding work!

Technological innovation and the advancement of science continue to change the market. Also, technological innovations have lowered the cost of entry for new competitors. This is because electronic-only publishers do not incur costs associated with the production, warehousing and distribution of print copies.
